The fires are believed to be caused from an electric space heater, an extension cord getting hot, and electrical short and one is still being investigated. There was no loss of product and no injuries were reported. Two dealers reported accidents involving their company vehicle. One accident occurred when a vehicle turned into the path of their bobtail causing an unavoidable accident. The other was the driver of the company vehicle drove off and forgot to disengage the hose from the tank.
