FIRES AND ACCIDENTS
FIRES AND ACCIDENTS
One dealer reported a related fire damaged a home. The fire is believed to have been started when the stove was moved causing the flare nut on the copper line to stretch causing a leak and then a fire when the stove was lit. There was loss of product and no injuries were reported.
Several dealers reported seven unrelated fires and one unrelated accident. The fires destroyed three homes and three mobile homes, damaged one mobile home. The fires are believed to be caused from electrical problems, a heater, a turkey smoker catching on fire, under investigation and unknown . There was loss of product and no injuries were reported.
One dealer reported an accident occurred when a motor home was being filled and when the filler nozzle was removed the filler valve broke out of the tank. There was loss of product and no injuries were reported.
