Under the authority of the Director, the applicant may engage in the specified L.P. Gas business immediately as a licensed permit holder with the Commission. The application process is finalized by the Commission ratifying the permit at their first subsequent meeting after the applicant has completed all necessary requirements. AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2016, THERE WAS AN AMENDMENT TO THE L.P. GAS COMMISSION RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ALL PROPANE PERMIT HOLDERS. PROPANE PERMIT HOLDERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY NO LESS THAN $150.00. CLASS 6X - YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A LIST OF ALL LOCATIONS WITH COMPLETE ADDRESSES AND STORE NUMBERS ALONG WITH YOUR PERMIT RENEWAL.
